Sleeping Later and Later

I developed this habit of sleeping late recently, after a new housemate moved in. He sleeps normally at about 1 to 2 am daily. I slowly followed his style.

I’m not totally a duplicate of him, because I’m backed up with a number of supplements and also I do have the luxury of sleeping for about an hour before dinner every day. Therefore, eventhough I sleep late, I will not be totally drained out the next day.

Some of you may ask, the reason for sleeping late? I’m currently in the middle of a project. Will get it done ASAP, then carry on with others…..Which means, looks like its gonna be part of my life, not to be changed in this short period of time. Good or bad? Duno.
